Jim McCarthy, President
DALGlobal Services

Jim previously led DGS’ aviation services unit growing it from its inception in 1997 to a $100MM entity.  Jim held various management positions in Airport Customer Service ranging from corporate staff to field operations.  Jim holds an MBA from Suffolk University Graduate School of Management, a Certificate in Management from Harvard University and a BA from Fairfield University.  He has also attended the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Executive Education program.

Donna Jo Shanks, General Manager
DALGlobal Services-Staffing Division

Her responsibilities include Strategic Planning & Operations Management, Pricing and Revenue Management, Staff Training and Development, and Business Development.  She has over 25 years experience in the Staffing Industry.  Prior to joining DALGS in 1998, Donna Jo served as District Manager for Maristaff, Vice President Of Sales for Hartman Howell, Partner & Vice President Of Sales for ATS Staffing, Area Manager for TempWorld, and Partner & Division Manager for Synesys Temporaries, Inc.  A native of Alabama, Schroeder graduated from Auburn University in 1978 with a bachelor's degree in Secondary/Elementary Music Education.
